Overall, a comfortable and pleasant stay with a great location and a few minor inconveniences. Positive: The apartment is spacious but still feels cozy and comfortable. There’s a great shopping mall literally a one-minute walk away with everything you might need. The maintenance guy was also excellent — very responsive, sharp, and always sorted out any issues incredibly quickly. Overall, a very comfortable stay! Negative: The building numbers are very confusing, especially at night when there is no one available to contact. We initially went into the wrong building because the neighboring building has a huge “6” on it. Even delivery drivers struggled to find the correct entrance. A simple photo of the correct entrance would really help. Also, I stayed for almost two weeks and no cleaning was included — it was only available for an extra charge, which was surprising for a serviced apartment in Abu Dhabi. One small inconvenience: when I asked about Netflix (explaining that I had my own account), I was told that Netflix wasn’t available on the TV and no assistance was offered. I eventually figured it out myself and found that Netflix was actually available. It seems the staff could be better informed about the apartment’s facilities.

Positive: Really nothing Negative: Cleaning so bad furniture so old and not safety for sitting and sleeping and so high sounds for kids must all the furniture change to much money for that apartment
